Roastin’ Records maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.
It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The shipping costs of returning the products will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This includes removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. All deliveries within South Africa are made via Fastway from our shop in Cape Town. Your order will be sent within 3 working days of payment.
The normal delivery time from leaving the shop is:
3-4 working days within South Africa
1-2 months for outside of South Africa
Every possible method of ensuring delivery will be attempted but if delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us.
Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO Box.
We ship all over the world and shipping cost depends on your delivery address and your purchase amount.

If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact us immediately and include as many details as possible including your order number, purchase date and clear pictures if there is something wrong with one of the products.
If the item is to be returned, please make sure you include your order number, purchase date, name and contact number with the package.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and with the unbroken packaging to qualify for a refund.
Any shipping costs of returning the items will not be refunded.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
Please ensure you pack the items to be returned safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
We will process any refunds within 3 working days of receiving the returned goods.
