Sword of Orion is an experimental electro-pop music project that attempts to defy modern musical assumptions. Drawing from an eclectic range of influences; fusing the timbres of early synthesizer music, the complex rhythms of Indian classical music, and the luscious melodies of Scandinavian dream pop.
It is the musical vision of composer, producer and music technologist Andrew Kuhn; who single handedly composed, programmed, mixed and mastered the album over the course of 18 months.
The self-titled debut album is soon to be available through ROASTIN' RECORDS on cassette tape as well as digital download. The cassette tape includes cover art designed by Peter Campbell.
